Who it's for

Built for tech companies that want pipeline without building a sales team

The product is solid. The pipeline isn't. Here is what an in-house SDR actually costs, and what changes when you outsource it.

Your last SDR hire went nowhere.

Hiring an SDR means recruiting fees, weeks of training and a salary before the first real meeting. Then they quit, or you let them go, and you pay to do it all again.

Many SDRs are not a great fit for the work, or figure out a few months in that it isn't for them. Then they move on, and you pay to hire, train and wait all over again. The cost is easy to miss because it is spread across salary, lost months and your own time.

You don't have time to learn sales.

Every hour you spend learning cold calling and fixing email sequences is an hour you are not building the product.

Learning on your own budget means paying for the mistakes in lost deals and burned lead lists. We already know what works, so you skip the learning curve.

What one SDR costs you in turnover

Try your own numbers

Annual SDR turnover (industry average)40%
Ramp-up to full productivity (industry average)3 months

Cost of every SDR you replace

$32,000

That is $12,000 to recruit plus $20,000 in pay while they ramp up. About 40% of SDRs turn over every year, which works out to $12,800 per SDR, per year.

With 2 SDRs, that is $25,600 a year.

Of every 100 SDRs, about 40 leave each year: 13 are let go, 11 quit and 16 are promoted out of the role. Either they were not strong enough at the job, or a few months in they decided it was not for them. Whichever it is, you pay to hire, train and wait all over again.

Our reps are built for this work, and they are here to stay.

Source: The Bridge Group, SDR Models, Motions & Metrics 2025 Report. It reports 40% median annual SDR turnover (13% involuntary, 11% voluntary, 16% promotions), a 3.0-month average ramp and $80,000 median on-target earnings. Other studies put ramp-up at roughly 3 to 4 months. Recruiting cost is our estimate; change it to match yours.

How it works

From first call to meetings on your calendar

  1. 01

    Discovery

We learn your product in depth, so we can speak about it credibly. Then we define your ideal buyer and what makes a meeting qualified, and put it in writing as a scorecard we both sign.

  2. 02

    List building

We build and verify a list of companies and decision-makers that match your target customer. You approve it before anything goes out.

  3. 03

    Outreach

We contact them by phone, email and LinkedIn with messaging you have approved, following CASL and CAN-SPAM rules.

  4. 04

    Meetings and reporting

Qualified meetings land on your calendar. You get a weekly report and tell us what to adjust.

Qualified meetings

You only pay per meeting when it counts

Every booked meeting is checked against the scorecard we agree on in discovery. If it doesn't meet the standard, you don't pay for it.

You have five business days to dispute any meeting.

  • ✓The company and the person match your target customer
  • ✓They are interested in the problem you solve
  • ✓They own or directly influence the buying decision
  • ✓The invite is accepted and on your calendar
  • ✓They actually attended the meeting

Questions

What founders ask before signing

Which channels do you use?

Cold calling, email and LinkedIn, run together so each one supports the others.

How long until campaigns are live?

About 14 days from signing, once you have approved the target list and the messaging.

Do you run the sales demo?

No. We book qualified meetings with your team, and you run the conversation from there.

Do you follow anti-spam rules?

Yes. We follow CASL in Canada and CAN-SPAM in the US, include sender details and an unsubscribe link in every email, and honour opt-outs.

Who owns the lists and scripts?

You do. The approved scripts, sequences and the list of prospects contacted on your behalf are yours.

What if a meeting isn't a good fit?

You have five business days to dispute it against the scorecard we agreed on. Disputed meetings that fail the scorecard are not billed.
